Starlink is a satellite Internet constellation created by SpaceX that provides satellite Internet access. This constellation will consist of thousands of small commercial LEO (low earth orbit) satellites working with terrestrial transceivers. SpaceX plans to sell some satellites. For military, scientific research or research purposes.
The SpaceX Satellite Development Facility in Redmond, Washington is home to Starlink’s research, development, manufacturing, and orbit management departments. By May 2018, the cost of the 10-year development, construction and deployment of the SpaceX constellation project is estimated to be at least 10 billion U.S. dollars.
